The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations of The Chedi Katara Hotel & Resort. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, as well as the ability to manage and coordinate various tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities- Administration
Directs and coordinates all marketing activities and communicates these activities throughout the hotel.
Maintains the Daily Log Book and reports lost and found items. - Customer Service
Delivers the brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
Provides excellent service to internal customers and maintains positive guest interactions with good working relationships. - Financial
Ensures adherence to hotel, company, and local rules, policies, and regulations relating to financial record keeping and money handling. - Marketing
Prepares and updates an annual marketing plan, evaluates market trends, and encourages Heads of Department to find marketing opportunities. - Operational
Meets and greets guests, assists with registrations, and ensures strict control of room keys. - Personnel
Supports the implementation of The People Philosophy and demonstrates GHM's Values and Culture Characteristics.
This role requires a 5-star experience in luxurious hospitality and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
