  2. Develop and sustain an effective document control system that incorporates best practices and adheres to established protocols.">
  3. Manage the receipt, logging, and distribution of incoming documents to ensure timely delivery to relevant departments or personnel.">
  4. Verify that all documents are accurately labeled, categorized, and stored according to established standards and guidelines.">
  5. Maintain up-to-date records of document revisions and updates, ensuring latest versions are accessible to authorized personnel.">
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to create, format, and edit documents as necessary, ensuring compliance with approved templates and standards.">
  7. Coordinate document review and approval processes, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.">
  8. Carry out regular audits and quality checks on document management processes to maintain accuracy and integrity.">
  9. Provide guidance and support to colleagues on document control procedures and systems.">
  10. Generate reports and metrics related to document control activities, such as document status, distribution, and access logs.">
">Requirements">
  • At least three years of work experience, two years of relevant experience, and two years of GCC experience preferred.">
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required.">
  • Full-time employment opportunity within the administration department.">
