We are a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar, seeking an experienced Guest Experience Manager to lead our Front Desk team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and providing a positive first impression for our visitors.

  • Lead the Front Office Team, motivate and develop team members, and provide training and direction as needed.
  • Create and maintain the VIP and amenity program to increase guest loyalty and retention.
  • Evaluate and respond to all guest feedback, taking personal responsibility for correcting service problems and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Maintain regular and seamless communication with guests, being approachable, detailed oriented, results-driven, and gracious.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between all departments impacting the guests' experience.
  • Perform check-ins and checkouts, confirming that all SOPs are being followed properly, and perform additional Front Desk tasks as needed.
  • Recruit and train qualified candidates for all Front Desk and Bell/Door Associates.
  • Maximize room revenue by understanding last-minute business and yielding at the appropriate price point.
  • Closely work with the Sales & Revenue Team to comprehend rate strategy based on seasonality.
  • Maintain property responses to all channels for review responses.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal/relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern culture and customs is an advantage.
