Job Overview

The Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

This position reports directly to the Front Desk Manager and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure excellent guest experiences.
  3. Maintain high visibility in the lobby area, provide proactive assistance to guests, and act as a point of contact for in-house guests and local customers.
  4. Resolve guest concerns and complaints efficiently, ensuring complete satisfaction and protecting the hotel's reputation.
  5. Screens next day movements, communicates pending follow-up actions to the next shift, and assists with responsibilities in other Rooms Division areas when needed.
  6. Essential Qualifications:
  7. Degree holder, preferably in hotel management or a related field.
  8. 2-4 years of experience as a Guest Relations Agent or equivalent.
  9. Excellent command of English, Arabic is an advantage.
