Regional Sales Director

About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our Global Sales Force, working closely with our Head of Regional Sales to drive business growth and expansion. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to drive new business opportunities
- Develop a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in collaboration with management
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
- Foster strong relationships with clients to prevent them from switching to competitors
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to meet customer expectations
- Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams
- Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in sales roles within the financial services or investment industry
- A valid network of business contacts to build a sales pipeline within the first 90 days
- In-depth knowledge of securities markets, including stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, and options
- Proven track record in financial service sales and key account management
- Strong motivation for sales, hunting, and new business development, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively
- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding relationship-building abilities
- Willingsness to exceed targets and demonstrate an overachiever mentality
