Job Summary

As a Flight Operations Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments within the Cabin Services Division. Your primary responsibility will be to manage administrative tasks, including managing supplies, sorting mail, and segregating documents in Flight Briefs received regularly.

  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate database entries, ensuring operational reliability of the cabin crew mailing room, and collecting office supplies.
  • Additionally, you may be required to perform other departmental duties as directed by the Head of the Department.
About The Successful Candidate

We are looking for a highly organized individual with:

  • High school education and prior experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and proficiency in basic office software.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A valid Qatari driving license is an advantage.
