We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to maximize sales profitability and growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing new business accounts, ensuring effective selling of our products, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Target Achievement: Ensure that sales targets set by management are met to achieve monthly and annual customer-wise and brand-wise sales targets.
  • Business Relationship Development: Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for our organization's products/services.
  • Sales Effort Coordination: Conduct telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Prospect Research and Identification: Research sources for developing prospective customers and gather information to determine their potential.
  • Forecast Planning: Develop clear and accurate Forecast Plans to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Inter-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts with sales management, accounting, logistics, and finance departments to efficiently conduct sales and collection functions.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: College degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years of sales experience in a related field.
