Category Growth Specialist

Snoonu is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead the flower and gifting product categories. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and seasonal product demands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving revenue growth. This includes creating a diverse range of flowers, bouquets, plants, and gifting products that appeal to customers and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies, aligning product assortment with customer trends and seasonal demand.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely product deliveries.
- Analyze sales data, track market trends, and adjust category strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and drive sales.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in category management, preferably in the flower and gifting industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing product categories, with a focus on flowers, gifting, or seasonal products.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
