**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the design development of façade systems including curtain walls, ACP cladding, spider glazing, skylights, structural glazing, and other architectural envelope components.
- Translate architectural intent and performance requirements into practical and efficient façade solutions.
- Prepare and review detailed façade drawings, including **shop drawings**, **fabrication drawings**, and **installation details**.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and internal production teams to ensure design feasibility and constructability.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant **building codes**, **local regulations**, **quality standards**, and **safety requirements**.
- Perform or review **structural calculations**, including assessments for **wind loads**, **thermal movements**, **dead loads**, and **deflection limits**.
- Evaluate and verify **material specifications**, façade system performance, and coordinate **technical submittals**.
- Provide technical support during project execution, addressing design-related RFIs, modifications, and site issues.
- Stay current with global façade trends, innovations in materials and systems, and best practices in sustainable design.
- Mentor junior façade designers and CAD technicians to ensure consistent output and professional development.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture**, **Structural Engineering**, or a related field.
- **5 to 10+ years** of proven experience in **façade design**, especially with **aluminum and glass systems**.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** and other relevant façade design software/tools (e.g., Revit, Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong understanding of façade system behavior, materials, fabrication methods, and installation procedures.
- Solid grasp of **international façade standards**, structural performance principles, and architectural design integration.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience working in the **GCC market** and knowledge of **Qatar Construction Standards (QCS)**.
- Familiarity with performance simulation tools (thermal, acoustic, structural).
- Knowledge of LEED, sustainable design principles, and energy-efficient façade systems.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
