**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and analyze **architectural, structural, and MEP drawings** to derive quantities and scope.
- Prepare detailed and accurate **Bills of Quantities (BOQs)** and **Request for Quotations (RFQs)** for façade and aluminum works.
- Break down total project costs, factoring in **materials, labor, equipment**, and **subcontractor contributions**.
- Source and evaluate **supplier and subcontractor quotations**, ensuring compliance with both technical specs and commercial targets.
- Perform **value engineering exercises** to optimize designs and reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Assist in the **preparation and submission of tenders**, including pricing strategy and documentation.
- Participate in **pre
- and post-tender meetings**, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure estimates reflect feasible and deliverable scopes.
- Track and evaluate **design changes or variations**, updating estimates as needed.
- Maintain and regularly update a **cost database, supplier catalogs**, and pricing benchmarks.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture**, or a related technical discipline.
- **3-5 years of experience** in façade and aluminum estimation, preferably within **Qatar or GCC construction markets**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **MS Excel**, and **estimation software** such as **Candy**, **Bluebeam**, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of aluminum systems**:unitized façades, curtain walls, aluminum cladding, glazing, doors, and windows**.
- Strong **analytical thinking**, attention to detail, and ability to assess **technical and commercial risks**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation**, and **collaboration skills**.
- Familiarity with **Qatar’s building codes, tendering procedures**, and market pricing structures is highly desirable.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
