**Façade Designer - Aluminum & Façade**

**Location**: Doha, Qatar

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Design the Future of Urban Architecture**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop design solutions for **curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing systems, spider systems, skylights**, and architectural envelopes.
- Transform **architectural concepts** into engineered, practical, and constructible façade solutions.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate **shop drawings, fabrication drawings**, and **installation details**.
- Collaborate with **architects, consultants, and project teams** to ensure design compliance with technical and aesthetic requirements.
- Ensure adherence to **local and international building codes**, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct **structural calculations and performance analysis**, including wind loads, deflection, thermal expansion, and system behavior.
- Evaluate and review **material specifications**, technical submittals, and façade components.
- Provide technical support during **project execution**, including site coordination and design adjustments.
- Stay current on façade industry trends, **materials**, technologies, and design innovations.
- Mentor **junior designers** and CAD technicians within the team.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture**, **Structural Engineering**, or a related discipline.
- **5 to 10+ years** of experience in façade design with a strong portfolio in aluminum and glass systems.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD**; experience with **3D modeling tools** (e.g., Rhino, Revit, or SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **façade system mechanics**, materials, fabrication, and installation methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret **architectural and structural drawings**.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Familiarity with **international façade systems**, codes, and performance criteria.

- Unitized and stick curtain wall systems
- Structural glazing and spider systems
- ACP and ventilated cladding
- Thermal and acoustic performance design
- Value engineering and cost optimization in façade solutions

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
