**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze architectural and structural drawings to produce detailed **quantity take-offs** and accurate **cost estimates** for aluminum and façade projects.
- Collaborate with **design, engineering, procurement**, and **project management** teams to develop competitive and technically compliant proposals.
- Obtain, review, and evaluate **quotations from suppliers and subcontractors**, ensuring best value and adherence to project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive **technical and commercial bid documents** in accordance with **Qatar’s construction standards and regulations**.
- Participate in **value engineering** initiatives to reduce project costs without compromising quality or compliance.
- Review **tender documents, project specifications, and contract conditions** to identify scope, risks, exclusions, and cost implications.
- Stay updated on local **material prices**, industry trends, and new technologies in façade systems relevant to the Qatari market.
- Maintain well-organized records of **estimates, tender submissions, supplier quotes**, and contract documentation for internal reference and audit purposes.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Architecture**, **Quantity Surveying**, or a related discipline.
- **Minimum 3 years of GCC experience** in aluminum and façade estimation, with direct exposure to the **Qatar market** preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of **curtain walls, cladding, aluminum windows/doors, skylights**, and related façade systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in **reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to coordinate with local teams, consultants, and suppliers.
- Experience working on **mid
- to large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects**

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
