- As the Pre-Sales Manager and Solutions Consultant for Large Enterprise, Public Sector, Vodafone Global Enterprises, and SME customers for presales and service operations working to propose, implement and deliver Enterprise products and services.
- To provide repeatable, serviceable Enterprise solutions through delivering and delighting Vodafone customers Enterprise Products.
- Act as a Technology Consultant to Vodafone’s Enterprise Customers, advising them on the best solutions and technologies for their ICT and IoT needs
- Capture and document customer business requirements. Identify and present back to customer the relevant solutions from Vodafone and its partners.
- Act as an effective interface and gatekeeper between Vodafone’s enterprise customers and the multiple Vodafone Technology units and Technology partners.
- Ensure the correctness, completeness, quality, and competitiveness of the solutions produced by Vodafone Technology unit and involved partners before sharing with customers.
- Driving Enterprise sales to deliver first-rate technical solutions including but not limited to Fixed, Mobile and IoT related services to Enterprise customers.
- Rethinking generic processes and developing radical, innovative Enterprise propositions that differentiate Vodafone and disadvantage its competitors.
- Winning Enterprise projects during customer acquisition phase and developing technical sales strategies with the Sales managers.
- Driving efficiency in the sales engagement process by identifying reusable solution components across the customer base and driving innovation in proposition development and planning.
