Key Responsibilities:

- 8 years experience in Facade Designing and Estimation in Aluminum
- Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for aluminum facade systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into accurate drafts.
- Utilize your expertise in aluminum systems to recommend suitable materials and techniques for each project.
- Estimate project costs by analyzing materials, labor, and other factors, ensuring accurate budgeting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to facades and aluminum construction.
- Participate in site visits and meetings to gather essential information for drafting and estimating.
- Review and revise drafts as needed, ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) for creating precise technical drawings.
- Strong estimation skills to accurately assess project costs and provide budget insights.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly.
- Problem-solving abilities to identify and address design or estimation challenges.
- Previous experience in facade construction projects is preferred but not mandatory.
