Doha, Qatar Al Sraiya Holding Group Full time

Take minutes during site meetings with site management.
- Input data to the in-house computer system.
- Extensive use of all Microsoft packages, word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Answer calls.
- Sign in and out visitors.
- Assist in issuing permits to work.
- Issue site entry cards as required.
- Extensive background in large-scale Construction Projects.
- High understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
- Extensive background as a Construction Site Secretary If you are interested in being considered for this role.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
- Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
