**Summary:
**The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with existing clients and hunting for new ones. Furthermore, ensure that our products and services always exceed client's expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments in the industry
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Keeping on top of administrative tasks - such as updating CRM systems
**Skills:
- Neat, well-groomed appearance
- Proven working experience as a business development executive or a relevant role with strong communication and presentation skills
- The ability to think creatively and strategically with proven sales track record
- Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software (Zoho)
- Proficiency in English & local language.
- Deep market knowledge with ability to build rapport, influence and negotiate with others
- Time management and planning skills
**Education/Experience**:
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
