**ROLE DETAILS**:
We are partnering with an innovative and successful dealer group based in Qatar, renowned for its excellence in customer-service and people-centric ethos they have established themselves as a leader in the market.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the **Sales Director** will assume full P&L responsibility for sales operations across multiple automotive brands. This pivotal role requires strategic leadership, exceptional management skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth
- Provide leadership to the sales team, defining clear goals and success metrics
- Create a high-performance culture of accountability collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Manage and maintain manufacturer relationships
- Full P&L and annal budgeting responsibility
- Possess 3 to 5 years experience of leading the sales functions in multi franchise dealer group
