Electra Qatar WLL is a leading event management company specializing in curating exceptional experiences for clients. We are seeking an experienced **Event Coordinator** to join our team, with a particular focus on weddings and exhibitions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for event execution and a keen eye for detail.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of weddings, exhibitions, and other large-scale events.

* Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their vision is realized for weddings and exhibitions.

* Handle event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site management.

* Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules for wedding and exhibition events.

* Ensure all aspects of the event are flawlessly executed, including décor, entertainment, and technical setups.

* Manage communication between vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless operations.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any event-related issues that arise on the day of the event.

* Create post-event reports and follow-up with clients to gather feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wedding and exhibition event coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of event logistics, vendor management, and client relations.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
