You'll be right in the mix of planning, coordinating, and producing live events and activations, making sure every moving part runs smoothly — from the first brainstorm to the final spotlight.

What You'll Do:

Project Coordination

  • Help plan and deliver live events, activations, and productions.
  • Build project timelines, task lists, and production checklists that actually work.
  • Support senior producers with suppliers, freelancers, and logistics.
  • Keep budgets, quotations, and approvals on track (no detail too small).

Creative & Technical Flow

  • Connect the dots between creative, production, and technical teams.
  • Jump into brainstorms and help shape killer presentations for clients.
  • Own smaller project segments — and make them shine.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Be the link between clients, vendors, and our internal teams.
  • Join meetings, take action notes, and make sure things move forward.

On-Site Vibes

  • Be on the ground during setup, rehearsals, and live shows.
  • Help manage logistics, talent, and crew — all while keeping cool under pressure.
  • Tackle the unexpected like a pro (because something 
    always
     pops up).

What You Bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience in event production, coordination, or something similar.
  • A knack for multitasking and solving problems on the fly.
  • Strong communication skills — written, spoken, and everything in between.
  • Confidence working under pressure and with tight timelines.
  • Solid MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint are your friends). Bonus points for knowing project or design tools.
  • Arabic language is a big plus.
