As Head of Loyalty Value Proposition & Experience, you will be responsible for transforming the Privilege Club loyalty proposition.

Working with an expert industry team this role carries responsible for innovating and testing progressive propositions within both the airline and alongside partners.

The scope of the role includes preferential pricing, value of Avios, Elite tier points, and credits across member architypes, markets, segments and individuals (personalisation) to drive program relevance and resulting profitability whilst attracting valuable new members into the Privilege Club.


Manage the Loyalty Platform and Digital Experience interfaces, accountable for creating and optimizing the right and best customer-facing digital proposition and functionality for Privilege Club.


Key strategic and operational responsibilities:

  • Develop the Privilege Club's proposition strategy aligning the right customers to the right products and experiences leveraging QR assets, inspiring Privilege Club members.
  • Drive strategic capability through investment in promotion, offer, and campaign management tools.
  • Define the Loyalty roadmap for the platform driving programme growth and differentiation including but not limited to the launch of lifestyle clubs.
  • Define and design functionality of core loyalty platform as well as digital and physical expressions/experiences, scoping business needs and translating these into product development stories.
  • Shape system and digital product management functions, optimising management digital presence.
  • Responsible for smooth and effective operation of Loyalty Platform, owning prioritization and product management of Loyaltydedicated IT resources.
  • Develop the strategy around loyalty access controls, designed to minimize fraud and misuse.
  • Responsible for defining and delivering KPls regarding system performance, and adherence to these by ensuring 24x7 uptime across all touchpoints, minimizing disruptions and outages.
  • Sign off I-JAT and ensure platforms and digital products are fit for use. Ensure accuracy of data (including accounting) stored within Loyalty, database, and Oracle systems

Qualifications:

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Loyalty Team.

  • Minimum qualification of bachelor's degree or equivalent is essential.
  • 7+ years of jobrelated experience
  • Experience driving transformative results in customer loyalty: purchase frequency, member acquisition, crosssell/upsell, redemptions, Net Promoter Score, and tier retention
  • Experience successfully managing digital product and history of results in improving conversion and engagement.
  • Be an airline expert on best loyalty and personalization practice across Aviation and other customerfocused industries.
  • Demonstrated passion for travel related loyalty.
  • Worldclass abilities in analysis and interpreting analysis for business decisions.
  • Ability to identify areas of profit opportunity and irrational customer behavior.
