Job Description:
As a B2B Sales Specialist at Dallah Driving Academy, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring business-to-business (B2B) clients such as corporate clients, organizations, and schools interested in our comprehensive driving training programs. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships within the B2B sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients who could benefit from our driving training programs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and opportunities.
- Customize our training solutions to meet the specific needs and objectives of B2B clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop B2B marketing materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
Required Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of proven track record of successful B2B sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of the driving education industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid Qatar driver's license is mandatory.
- Proficient in English.
