We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Physical Security/NIT who will increase market share and visibility for the assigned product, train, guide and support the sales team in order to achieve vendor's and company sales targets (GP & revenue).

What will you do?

  1. Planning, strategizing and executing them along with the PMs assigned for the product.
  2. Research and study of Ingram Micro's position/market share per region/channel segment and share inputs with the PMs.
  3. Support the execution of the Marketing Plan, working closely with the marketing team for implementation and measuring each event's success rate.
  4. Suggest Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to ensure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments for the assigned business.
  5. Generate sales pipeline and ensure closures through negotiations and value propositions.
  6. Development of close relations with the vendor and channel at every level.

Which Talent do you bring?

  1. You are a graduate with 5-7 years of CCTV and Physical Security experience.
  2. You must have excellent knowledge of vendor products, solutions, and channels for the Physical Security business.
  3. Insights into Qatar partners for Physical Security and its technologies and channels.
  4. You have time management, decision-making, and planning skills.
  5. You have experience in Physical Security channel distribution, SIs, or vendors, which will be an added advantage.
  6. You have clear and convincing negotiation and execution skills to grow together.
  7. A team player to work closely with various stakeholders such as credit, marketing, pre-sales, logistics, etc.
