Key Account Sales Manager

Candidate should be locally available in Qatar and should have worked with the state-owned public corporations in Qatar in energy sectors.
Should have knowledge of both IT solutions and OT Solutions.
Job Responsibilities:As a Key Account Manager in the Oil & Gas Segment, you should demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer's business and create opportunities for sales through:
- Specification development
- Addition into corporate oil & gas company qualified product lists
- Project and opportunity intelligence gathering
- Project management
- Communication
- Working with the commercial team to ensure client success on large new construction and capital projects
You will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategies toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers, utilizing your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition.
You should follow the details of the Sales Operating System (SOS) with an emphasis on disciplined usage of our CRM, accurate weekly forecasting, monthly pipeline reviews, and quarterly walk to plan.
You should be able to travel across Qatar and have your own vehicle.
Requirements:- 10+ years of Business Development experience in the Oil & Natural Gas, Energy, or Petrochemical industries
- Previous experience achieving QAR5 million targets
- Thorough knowledge of market penetration and development strategies
- Demonstrated track record of taking a new account, breaking in at upper-level management, and creating a pipeline of opportunities that turn into orders
- Ability to communicate with various levels in the customers' organization
- Previous success with identifying market trends and needs to ensure ongoing competitiveness
- Track record of developing, executing, and achieving tactical and strategic initiatives that positively impact global business plans, operating profits, practices, policies, and procedures
