**About the role**

As a Senior Rostering Officer, you will be supporting the Planning & Business Solutions Department to assist in overseeing and leading the rostering process, ensuring proper allocation and effective use of resources to facilitate seamless daily operation across the Al-Maha and Lounge work areas.

You will review the onboarding plan provided by HR Talent acquisition and work in close coordination with the operations team to ensure adequate pool of manpower are maintained.

You will liaise with Training team to plan and facilitate the required trainings for the staff on a regular basis.

You will design, develop and maintain effective resource planning and forecasting models to support a multi-skilled, multi-channel operation, to ensure maximum operational and commercial efficiencies.

You will do analysis/enhancement of existing rostering and leave systems, preparing business cases related to improvements and related follow up for approvals.

You will need to obtain the engagement standards from the operations team and use this information to align the required manpower.

You will assess and quantify short/long term risks and opportunities identified through process of analysis and forecasting in order to avoid operational disruptions and look for cost savings initiatives.

You will identify and agree best practice for resource planning, and implement consistent processes across all areas.

You will review the Rostering SOPs and process flows to ensure documents are up to date and

compile operational reports for the Al Maha and Lounge Management.

You will provide guidance and assistance to employees in relation to administrative matters and employment conditions and lead forecasting meetings with all stakeholders.

You will oversee and supervise the team, direct daily activities, recruit, train and develop to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

You will regularly establish and evaluate the department or teams’ objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and ensure to align and support business objectives

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of job-related experience required or High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 5 years of job-related experience

- Management/Leadership experience with the Airline or Aviation Industry.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Ability to meet required deadlines, result oriented.
- Proven to have demonstrated flexibility in meeting the demands of the business unit to which he/she is assigned.
- Proven ability for solution-oriented, effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, quality with high degree of self-motivation and personal enthusiasm.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to operational queries from all QR networks.
- Flexibility with working hours especially during key service disruption periods.
