Project Admin

We are looking for a talented and persuasive project document controller & admin to join our team and support our endeavors in securing new business opportunities for our mega-scale event projects. As an admin, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and well-structured proposals that showcase our capabilities and expertise. This is a full-time position with a 6-day workweek.
**Responsibilities**:
- Craft clear, persuasive, and customized proposals that align with the requirements of each project bid.
- Develop a deep understanding of our company's services, strengths, and differentiators to effectively articulate value propositions in proposals.
- Review and analyze RFPs and other bid documents to ensure accurate and complete responses.
- Work with graphic designers to incorporate visuals and graphics into proposals, enhancing their visual appeal.
- Ensure proposals are submitted in a timely manner, meeting all submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with the business development team to ensure a cohesive approach to proposal development and submission.
- Maintain a library of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and case studies for future use.
- Conduct post-proposal evaluation and analysis to identify areas for improvement in future proposals.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a document controller & admin, preferably in a related industry such as event management, construction, or marketing.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar, syntax, and persuasive writing.
- Strong project management abilities to meet tight proposal deadlines and handle multiple proposal projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with RFPs and proposal development processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for proposal content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other proposal management tools.
- A proactive and creative mindset with a focus on continuously improving proposal content and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field is advantageous.

**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
