As a Product Insights & BI Manager, you will be responsible to ensure the business is supplied with everything from basic historical reporting to advance analytical solutions and product market research, to support customer experience initiatives. Analyse, transform and resolve the impactful business challenges or questions by performing meaningful quantitative or qualitative analysis focusing on the customer journey.
- Utilize Business Intelligence tools to develop dashboards to track and report on customer experience KPIs.
- Develop automated data models of customer persona in coordination with relevant departments, to monitor data trends, track customer satisfaction status, spot anomalies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement along the customer journey.
- Support various teams by providing data, statistics, and other meaningful insights including cost models that will support them on conducting feasibility studies, demos, scoping assessments and building proposals.
- Conduct market research for different product initiatives to inform new and existing product designs. Monitoring the potential gain of the initiatives and the actual results.
- Lead in product market research to drive sustainability initiatives.
- Constantly engage with external stakeholders, vendors & suppliers to maintain awareness of new products that could give the business a competitive advantage. First point of vetting for new products offered by suppliers.
- Track internal performance trends and external benchmark comparisons and develop insight based reports on a recurring and ad-hoc basis.
- Support development of business cases within Product Development & Design by assessing the operational and cost impact of new or modified processes, and providing data to support the desirable decisions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data warehouse for relevant Product Development & Design information. Monitor the development and utilisation of the data warehouse to anticipate future market trends.
- Regularly customize data reporting and visualizations to support department requirements.
- Working with technology partners to develop opportunities in utilizing the latest predictive analytics to utilize personalisation of experiences and drive decision making, such as IA tools.
- Perform continuous evaluation of technology, latest system processes, and data sources available for optimum resource allocation and maximizing utilization.
- Collaborate with IT to maintain data governance policies and procedures.
