Cargo - Corporate Services team as Cargo System Support Manager in Doha, Qatar.

You will manage all first level support activities for the Cargo network and Internal stakeholders. Manage the support/contact centre to ensure resource planning, improve service levels and compliance to processes and policies. Lead all Network support initiatives to closure with support and trainings on the proposed solution. Manage and maintain centrally the overall Cargo Systems and support digital transformation within QR Cargo.

Some of the tasks include:

- Ensure reliable 1st level support of the QR Cargo system to the Cargo network stations and stakeholders in coordination with IT, Finance, etc., other relevant departments of QR and suppliers.
- Ensure First Closure Rate (FCR) as per the agreed levels
- Develop adequate preventive steps to reduce defects and system issues.
- Integrate case data with AI tools to analyse root cause and take preventive measures
- Ensure team is adequately equipped to support the network on the system.
- Monitor and ensure system defects are recorded and resolved within SLA, with proper documentation and analysis for smooth functioning of the system.
- Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
- Ensure all Enhancement requests follow the Product Development Guidelines and QR Cargo Processes for streamlined operations.
- Manage the User Acceptance Testing phase of Production Promotes to ensure system compliance as per team

standards.
- Perform business analysis and process mapping activities to suggest best possible solutions to the team. Coordinate on

training requirements for the network with the Automation Training team based on station feedback.
- Ensure all new station setup and new customs interface are implemented in time to avoid fines and penalties during

operations.
- Manage the Support team activities and monitor performance of cargo systems.
- Monitor Network Compliance and implement System Performance check on a regular basis.

**Qualifications**:
About you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of specialised technical experience, within Airline Cargo System Support based environment.
- Command of English language
- Good understanding & knowledge in air cargo domain especially Reservations, Revenue management, Pricing and Cargo Operations.
- Presentation skills
