Responsibilities**:

- Implement & evaluate the impact of the Market Access Strategy in the market.
- Build a professional partnership with the authorities, health care providers and payers.
- Develop annual account plan & execute efficiently to achieve account key objectives
- Act as Account plan Owner and coordinate In field team efforts to drive & execute the account strategic and tactical plan.
- Tailor and communicate the value proposition to different account stakeholders’ archetypes.
- Build Accounts’ dashboards highlighting the key insights & trends, Prices & Volumes’ Analysis, & Risks & Opportunities.
- Segment accounts, continuously map stakeholders and identify new opportunities & emerging accounts within assigned territories.
- Lead & coordinate the enlisting process of the new launches in the accounts within scope.
- Monitor consumption & stocks to support proper forecasting & stock management.
- Ensure appropriate tender management & consistent supply.

**Qualifications**
Key Skills**:

- Ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to translate the strategies into actionable and realistic engagement plans to ensure market access of AbbVie products, in alignment with brand strategies
- Leading by influence to coordinate IFT efforts, form different functions, to design and execute Account strategic & tactical account plan
- Ability to deliver customized value propositions externally that reflect the product value
- Ability to shape multi-stakeholder projects
- Ability to assess the opportunities and risks of funding for the AbbVie brands
- Ability to monitor performance and adapt plans to external and internal changes
