**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced **Key Account Manager** (KAM) to manage and grow relationships with high-value clients. This role is critical in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of key customers while identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Management**: Maintain and strengthen relationships with top-tier clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop customized strategies to meet clients' goals and align them with the company’s offerings.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Negotiation and Reporting**: Lead contract negotiations and provide timely reports on key account performance to senior leadership.
- **Customer Advocacy**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving any issues and ensuring satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
- Experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
