**Global Key Account Manager **in our office in
**Doha**.

In this role, you will be responsible, as the principal direct sales channel, to maintain and develop relationships with Qatar Airways Cargo’s largest and most strategically important customers. You will be responsible for achieving target revenue, volume quotients and the delivery of strategic account objectives as prescribed in the Customer Strategy and Account Plan across all regions. You will also represent the entire range of company products and services offered to the assigned customers and will be accountable for business retention, new business and customer satisfaction levels on a global scale.
As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include the following:
- Establish and maintain productive, close working relationships with all key decision-makers within the assigned customer portfolio and act as the primary relationship custodian for the assigned accounts globally.
- Work with Sales Planning Department, act as Sales lead in a division
- wide strategic account planning process that develop coherent global Customer Strategy for each signed account detailing mutual performance objectives, market share and financial targets, strategic initiatives and other sales outcomes for a one to three0 year period.
- Maintain a controlled Account Plan for each assigned customer organization, delineating the customer strategy and the corresponding sales activities, resource allocation, accountable personnel, timelines and progress records.
- Direct the involvement of all related company personnel, including Sales Planning, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Sales Support, Contracts, field sales and other functional and regional teams in order to meet Account Plan objectives and customer satisfaction targets.
- Train and develop employees to ensure succession planning is in place, direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 6 years of job-related experience in sales and marketing
- Strong understanding of the airline cargo value chain with professional experience in a range of key functions
- With high emotional intelligence and strong relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple, time
- sensitive deliverables and competing priorities
- Ability to work extensively with cross
- functional teams, in a faced
- paced working environment
- Ability and dedication to work with data, drive digitization and innovation and promote change management
