Administrative Assistant

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Support the preparation and distribution of internal communications and announcements.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
