**About Us**:
As an Administrative Assistant at Gloria, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our hotel. You will work closely with various departments and assist with administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our hotel.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the hotel management team.
- Generate work-related reports and take meetings minutes.
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Make travel arrangements for senior staff as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Perform administrative tasks assigned by top management and maintain systematic up-to-date filing.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters/issues.
- Attend all briefings, meetings, and training as assigned by management.
- Assist in coordinating events and meetings.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
