We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our innovative solutions in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Conduct outdoor sales visits to prospective clients to demonstrate and sell our Vehicle Tracking Systems and related IoT solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve and tailor our offerings to market demands.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and support for clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the logistics or IoT sector.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and IoT technology, particularly in vehicle tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Other Requirements**:

- **Valid driving license in Qatar.**:

- Fluency in English; Arabic speaking is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and business meetings.
