**Responsible for the Follows**:

- Preparing forms and templates for offers and tenders in a professional manner and in accordance with the company's identity and best practices in the market, and this should be approved by the CBDO.
- Preparing and producing complete files for tenders and offers that will be presented to clients in the most professional manner and in accordance with the approved policies of the company and in accordance with best practices in the market and the approval of each file by the CBDO.
- Communicate with the relevant departments of the company to produce offers and tenders’ files, namely marketing and sales, financial and administrative pricing policies, Operations for the details of that, and others according to the direct manager's directives.

**Tasks**
- Communicating with the concerned departments when preparing technical and financial offers and requesting the necessary requirements for the professional preparation of offers, by referring to the line manager.
- A request to purchase some software that can help in carrying out the tasks required above.

**Authorities**:

- Responsibility for carrying out all the above tasks.
- Responsibility for the continuous development of models and templates of technical and financial offers as one of the competitive advantages in the light of which the company is evaluated.
- Responsibility for fulfilling the offers produced by the company with the requirements of customers received from the Business Development Department and from the booklets of conditions and specifications for tenders, tables of quantities, etc., according to the techniques of this profession and this task.
- Responsibility for approving offers in their final form from all concerned departments, and then approving the output and final image from the CBDO.

**Responsibilities**
- He/she must have a bachelor's degree in a major close to the nature of the company's work and the tasks required of him.
- Professional practical experience of not less than 5 years in the functions of preparing offers and tender files and using software to help in that, preferably in the State of Qatar and the Gulf region in general.
- It is preferable - but not a requirement - to obtain training courses in the skills of preparing technical and financial offers and understanding booklets of conditions and specifications, etc.
- Being courteous inside the company, with its employees, and outside it, in front of its customers and its external environment.
- The ability to understand the client's requirements required to prepare technical and financial offers.
- Bilingual, Full proficiency in Arabic and English at least.
- Full proficiency in the use of computers and software related to the preparation and production of technical and financial offers.
- Effective communication skills.
- Commitment to public morals and values of our Islamic and Arab societies.

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
