Strategic Alliances are at the core of Qatar Airways’ strategy and contribute to a fast-growing share of the airline’s revenue, with initiatives delivering top-line and bottom-line impact across all business areas.

As a Strategic Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for key interactions between Qatar Airways and Strategic Partners to leverage business synergies. You will work with internal and external stakeholders across 4 key pillars (Commercial, Procurement, Technical, Cargo) in order to identify opportunities, create joint plans, deliver projects, and measure and communicate their impact.

You will be responsible to integrate teams and combine efforts with Qatar Airways Strategic Partners where permitted by the regulatory frameworks.

Some of the key responsibilities include the below,
- Maintain and develop the Strategic Partners Governance structure to maximize profit generation and ensure active communication across work streams.
- Responsible to liaise the execution of all initiatives related to commercial, covering network planning, scheduling, partnership, sales, PRM, marketing, and other work streams as required internally and externally.
- Jointly with other stakeholders, discuss the strategic direction for the planning of the revenue performance and pricing positioning for the current and future seasons.
- Design measurements and performance metrics related to all the relevant business decision within scope.
- Deliver on overall Business Performance vs KPIs jointly with area owners.
- Promote the contribution of partnerships to Qatar Airways business across the organization and create awareness across key metrics and value.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 6 years of job related experience with proven technical expertise in Partnerships and Alliances.
- Experience working in an international airline environment is a must.
- You will need to have deep understanding of the airline partnerships business and airline profitability metrics.
- You will have good understanding of airline industry revenue planning processes, including capacity/network planning and revenue forecasting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and spoken presentation.
- Proven influencing and negotiating skills, including the ability to achieve results through individual outside his/her direct control.
- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. You will have strong mentoring and coaching skills. You will need to have the ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills, and foster teamwork among team members.
