Executive Assistant to CEO

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights and making hotel
reservations.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
- Monitors transportation vehicles both rented and owned by the company, and ensure registration and insurances are valid
- Monitors Company rented accommodation contracts and tenants.
- Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Make follow-ups to different departments, company, person any pending
documents as requested by the General Manager including the status thereof.
- Set-up and maintain General Manager's Office correspondence files and ensure safe custody and confidentiality.

- Compile daily E-Mails received in company ID and submit summary report to General Manager.
