We are seeking a talented and experienced Telemarketing and Customer Service Employee

We are expanding our team and seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who can provide excellent online telemarketing and customer service support to help us grow our customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Telemarketing**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our salon services and promotions, and products.
- Follow up on leads generated through online campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and track progress using CRM software.
- Upsell services to existing clients and offer promotional packages.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- **Customer Service**:
- Handle client complaints, providing quick and satisfactory solutions in a professional and timely manner, escalating when necessary while maintaining a positive image for the salon.
- Assist clients in booking and managing their appointments, including rescheduling and cancellations,, ensuring efficient and timely booking
- Effectively communicate with clients about ongoing offers, new services, and exclusive deals.
- Record customer feedback and work closely with management to address any service improvements.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients to confirm bookings.
- Maintain a database of customer contact information and track telemarketing campaigns. Provide detailed information about salon services, products, and pricing.
- Ensure client satisfaction by following up after services to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain client records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Process payments, assist with product sales, and handle basic administrative tasks such as updating appointment schedules and handling cancellations.
- Assist in promotional events, marketing campaigns, and customer loyalty programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the beauty, salon, or wellness industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using scheduling software (CRM software), phone systems, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, __ systems).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage time effectively.
- A friendly, professional, and positive demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with beauty salon services is a plus.

- Knowledge of beauty, hair, or wellness services is an advantage.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., English, Arabic) is a plus.
