TRADING RISK & FINANCE

**Primary purpose of job**
This is a specialist role responsible for leading end-to-end trade life cycle covering both receivable & payables of regas

business, managing back-office regas operations, including reconciliations, invoicing, settlements of regas transactions,

terminal charges and all associated ancillary costs. The role will require specialised knowledge of EFET contracts and

netting of payments. The role will work very closely with Operations (VM), Financial Reporting & Product Control teams

(VF) to support silent running of the financial close.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in in Commodity/Energy regas trading settlements specifically
- Understanding of Trading Accounting & Product Control functions and how the regas settlements’ output impacts those

teams.
- Clear understanding & experienced with EFETs and Regas Terminal agreements.
- The development path of regas settlements is complex, fast-paced with significant risks to manage. Requires strong

individual to understand manage change and collaborate effectively.
- Trade Finance & LC Knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders at

all levels.
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Managing multiple/conflicting priorities with a strong track record of delivery
- Ability to take initiative and look to drive process change and improvements.
- Experience in working with CTRM, proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Own, promote and role model QatarEnergy Values.

**Education**:

- Relevant Finance degree; professional accounting qualification an added advantage.
