**Overview of the role**
To support and manage the operations administration roles and responsibilities. Ensure management and monitoring of all process and polices follows ISO requirements. Manage internal communications ensuring that the rental/Lease and fleet teams provide exceptional customer service levels. Support leasing, rental and other AVR divisions in processes improvements.

**What you will do**
- As Operations Administrator you should be able to ensure compliance of procedures and recommend new procedures or changes to existing procedures so that revenue and vehicle movement is accurately and completely accounted for
- Extracting report from Carpro, Daily vehicle list update (hard and soft copy /scan and send to Rental & Lease Team)
- Daily vehicle key inventory/ Daily Physical inventory report/ Spare key request (Issuing/Receiving) Creating vehicle NRT
- Ensuring Vehicle Ready List are same matching with the keys in the key box for Rental requirements
- Required skills to be successful
- Experience in office administration and customer service
- Proficient in in MS Office
- Strong planning, organizing skills, with good attention to detail
- Excellent Communication skills

**About the team**
The role will report to the Operations Manager of the Fleet Operations. You will be working in a dynamic and busy office environment wherein you will be dealing directly with different Stakeholders across the organization.
