Payroll Administrator

**JOB PURPOSE**
- Coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
Payroll Section
- Process the monthly payroll and ensure the timely and accurate payout to all
- Prepare monthly Bank Listing, Cash/Cheque Listing and Payroll Reports for
- Prepare all documents required by Accounts for charging to the respective Bu’s
- Process salaries for employees under WPS and Non WPS
- Full spectrum of Payroll for REF
- Set up and maintain Payroll filing and records retention system.
- Coordinate with other Departments in relation to Payroll Issue.
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll and provision reports with project cost allocations to Finance department
- End of year processing and reconciliation including payment summaries and provision for audit
- Employee update and new hire registration in payroll system
- Verifying pay discrepancies and pay slip generation /distribution to employees
- Consult and fulfills Annual audit by E&Y on payroll section
- Provide payroll data for audit.
- Maintain and process organization’s payroll accurately
- Meet the deadline for payroll and provision submission to Finance Dept
- Reports that are still done manually (payroll & provision)
- Plan, implement and make corrective actions to deliver efficient and effective results
- Resolve enquiries from employees
- Participate communications
- Any execution pertaining to new or revised rewards and benefits policies and programs, should get prior approval from the HR Director.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Business or a related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience. Knowledge of Time Software is an added advantage
- At least 3-5 years’ experience of rewards and benefits experience, preferably in Facilities Management
- Excelled in advanced excel
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to provide solutions to problems
- Ability to lead and instill team spirit in work.
- Must be able to work independently
