Presales and Solution Expert

The position will be based out at Doha, Qatar.
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Participating in technical consultations/discussions and/or product capability assessments with potential customers.
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
- Develop understanding of unicast & multicast networks, streaming technologies, video content caching, streaming protocols such as RTSP, RTMP, HLS, Microsoft Smooth Streaming, IIS, firewall configurations required to streaming video, video formats, encoding, variable bit rate, adaptive bit rate, video playback in browsers, Flash, Silverlight, HTML5 playback, iOS & Android apps
- Ability to adapt to changing technology environment.
- Ability to understand customers environments and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Desired good knowledge in any of the cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
