Sales Account Manager

Our Holding Group is currently looking for a Sales Account Manager for our Exhibition and Events Company located in Saudi Arabia.
Potential candidates must have experience in Sales Management and with work history in Hospitality, Marketing/Advertising firm, Real Estate can be considered. Experience in the Saudi Arabia market is a must.
In this role, you will be responsible for the sales activities of our Exhibition & Events company in order to increase market share and carry out direct marketing and sales activities to major accounts in the local Saudi Arabia Market, in accordance with agreed business plans.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long term success
- Actively promote and sell exhibition space & sponsorship
- Conduct a telephone sales campaign to lapsed exhibitors and new prospects
- Source new companies in the marketplace from the trade press and competitive events
- Sell sponsorship and delegate passes for conferences
- Develop and manage the prospect database
- Maintain contact with exhibitors and deliver a high standard of customer service
- Work with other Sales Managers in identifying new opportunities for the event
- Sell in and maintain relationships with agencies
- Maintain status as a key industry figure and work on special projects with industry associations
- Deal with on-site queries from visitors to the show
- Ensure floor plan, data and bookings are accurate with exhibition administrators
- Develop relationships with clients to establish new contracts
- Create plans for business growth
- Develop pricing structure for event projects
- Develop risk assessments for event projects
- Financial planning and budgeting
- Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms
- Develop strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external parties
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- A natural flair for building relationships with people on every level
- Great communication skills and the ability to think quickly and clearly under pressure
- Quick learner with a willing attitude and the ability to respond to a constantly changing environment
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (both speaking & written)
- Flexible to work longer hours if required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Great experience and knowledge in Sales Management in the Exhibition and Events Industry is a must
- Experience in Saudi Arabia market is required
- Must be locally available in Saudi Arabia with valid residence ID
- Valid Saudi driving license is required
