Little Academy Nursery is currently in search of a skilled and committed Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our company. It is a full-time position located at our office in Markhiya.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle payments, invoices, and follow-ups on payments.
- Update all student details on the app.
- Ensure all new student files are complete and organized.
- Manage the reception area smoothly and handle other administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with placing and monitoring supplies.
- Provide support to departments such as Human Resources upon request.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role, proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and high accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with excellent communication skills.
