**About Role**:
Currently, we’re looking for a **Business Development Manager,** a dynamic professional to drive strategic partnerships for non-insuarance initiatives within our digital products, including white-label collaborations. You will scout potential partners (telecom, software, travel, ticketing, etc.), negotiate deals, and ensure seamless integration into our ecosystem.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, approach, and secure new partners.
- Negotiate terms and finalize partnership contracts.
- Oversee white-label solution integration.
- Manage partner relationships and growth opportunities.
- Track partnership performance and present insights.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development or strategic partnerships (highly beneficial if experienced across travel, entertainment, and hospitality).
- Skilled negotiator with strong communication abilities.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple partner deals.
- Flawless English and Arabic.

**Conditions**
- Long-term working contract with QIC from Doha
