**Job Title**: Business Development Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies for business growth by identifying new business opportunities in the facility management and cleaning/maintenance sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.
- Actively seek out and acquire new B2B clients across multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, and industrial facilities.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and generating leads to negotiating and closing contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their needs, providing tailored solutions that align with Ritaj Facility Management's service offerings.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities and provide regular reports on business development activities and results.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to expand the company’s professional network and build brand recognition.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to ensure competitive advantage.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the facility management, cleaning, and maintenance services industry in Qatar.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing B2B clients in the Qatar market.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market and a strong network of contacts in the facility management industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
