**About this role**
- deal with various HR queries from employees and the business process and route them as appropriate for action.
- Provide advice to employees on ER matters including allowances and benefits for employees and dependets medical insurance and related HC policies and procedures
- Maintain employee record and files soft and hard copies ensure availability of up to date employee and dependet document in the employee files/ HR systems.
- Use HR information systems ( SuccessFactors and SAP) to access input and complie date, rasie and review employee letters and ensure they are delivered as per agreed KPI
- Prepare and issue employee letters and ensure they are delivered as per agreed KPI.
- Recommed rpocess impovements to enhance day to day ER services and submit proposal to Head.
