HR & Administrative Officer

Act as a lead person and overseeing the delivery of Human Resource services with the responsibility of providing information and motivation to other HR Staff. Performs a variety of day-to-day administrative HR functions ensuring data integrity, immigration processing and HR reports.
1. Manage the day-to-day HR operations.
2. Maintain, monitor and update residency permit, Hamad health card, visa, staff passport and insurance database.
5. Monitor and coordinate the validity and renewals for Company Registration, Computer ID, Chamber of Commerce, Trading license, Civil defense license and medical fitness certificate through PROs.
6. Coordinate with the Finance department for Payroll and WPS File.
7. Coordinate with travel agency to arrange for air ticket bookings and LPOs for new hires, annual staff leaves and separated staff.
8. Prepare relevant HR reports as required by management.
9. Experienced in auditing and monitoring the attendance and payroll.
10. Expert in the recruitment process Locally and Internationally (Sourcing - Interviewing - Endorsing - and hiring).
Perform other duties as required and assigned by the manager.
