Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at PPL Dynamics. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our eDocs system and ensuring employee files are promptly scanned and archived.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an updated and comprehensive database in eDocs and ensure manual files are systematically organized.
- Coordinate between various sections of the HR department to ensure accurate, complete, and easily accessible information for Executive Management.
- Support the eDocs system and ensure employee files are promptly scanned and archived.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of experience in a large organization handling large volumes of filing
- Good exposure to systems
- Preferably with experience supporting eDocs & Kofax
- Strong computer skills, proficiency with MS Office, database applications
