Receptionist/ HR Admin Assistant

Your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Coordinating training sessions and professional development opportunities for employees.
- Assisting in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and helping to resolve minor issues or directing them to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Ensuring that the company adheres to labor laws and regulations, and assisting with audits or compliance checks.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Data Management using HR software and databases to track employee information, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Qatar employment/labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bilingual is a must - **English and Arabic** speaking.
