- Oversee onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to supervisors and employees.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
**Salary**: Up to QAR7,000.00 per month
